　　山東容創(chuàng)精密儀器有限公司成立于2017年，位于莒南縣經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)淮海路與工業(yè)五路交匯處，緊臨青島港、日照港、連云港港口和臨沂機(jī)場，魯南高鐵、兗石鐵路，日東、京滬、同三高速，貫穿東西南北，交通運(yùn)輸便利?，F(xiàn)有職工120余人，占地面積38000平方米。

　　公司專業(yè)從事硅溶膠失蠟工藝產(chǎn)品的研究、開發(fā)，專業(yè)生產(chǎn)各類不銹鋼、碳鋼、合金鋼等材質(zhì)的精密鑄造毛胚件及機(jī)加工成品零件；提供從產(chǎn)品圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)、模具制作、鑄造毛胚到精密機(jī)加工的完整服務(wù)，擁有工模、鑄造、熱處理、機(jī)械加工等車間，年生產(chǎn)能力為1000噸。產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于工程機(jī)械、汽車、化工、醫(yī)療器械、航空等行業(yè)。產(chǎn)品涉及的材質(zhì)有：201，202，303，304，304L，316，316L，1Cr18Ni9Ti，430，440，2205，17-4PH1008，1020，20NiCrMo，42CMo4及無t磁不銹鋼。生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品有汽車零部件、機(jī)械零部件、泵閥零部件、建筑五金、廚具五金、衛(wèi)浴五金、醫(yī)療器械、船用五金以及工藝品等。目前生產(chǎn)的小鑄件單重3g，大鑄件單重28kg，鑄件小鑄造間隙0.8mm，整體鑄件薄0.16mm，長盲孔長160mm。公司各種檢測設(shè)備齊全，可進(jìn)行化學(xué)成分分析，顯微組織，電解拋光，機(jī)械拋光，振動(dòng)研磨及熱處理等。
